Welcome! My name is Christina. I’m a developmental editor with 13 years of experience creating adult learning tools for personal and professional development for HR professionals, trainers, and consultants.
Throughout my career, I’ve led the development and revision of dozens of training programs across print, digital, and online learning formats. My work centers on helping subject-matter experts transform complex ideas into content that is clear, engaging, and instructionally effective.
Because learning materials often include interconnected facilitator and participant resources, I understand the importance of consistency across every component of the learning experience. I bring extensive experience ensuring that content, activities, instructions, and messaging align seamlessly to support both those leading the training and and the learners taking it all in.
I’m passionate about helping learning professionals create polished, impactful resources that are not only instructionally sound, but engaging, practical, and easy to use in real-world training environments.
What I Specialize In
- Soft-skills training content (communication, leadership, teamwork, coaching, etc.)
- Instructor-led workshops and facilitator guides
- Participant materials and activities
- Assessments and feedback reports
- Instructional and experiential learning design
How I Work
My approach is collaborative and practical. I work closely with you to understand your goals, your audience, and how your content will be used in real-world settings.
I focus on strengthening structure, improving clarity, and ensuring your content flows in a way that supports learning.
My Philosophy
Good content isn’t just well-written—it’s usable.
If participants are confused, if facilitators have to guess, or if the message gets lost, the learning experience breaks down. My role is to make sure that doesn’t happen.
